If serving in a clear cup, remix just before pouring as some ingredients can separate if left to stand. Visit a juice bar that is popular with your customers for other ideas.
Serve with custard in a small cup as a warm winter treat. Apples and pears are in season in the colder months making this both a simple and inexpensive menu item.
This recipe is also ideal for toppings on nachos, burritos and jacket potatoes or grilled on toast topped with cheese. Watch for when avocados are in season to keep costs down.

Serve this one with low fat cream cheese, cottage cheese or chutney if desired. Add any fresh herbs you have in the canteen for a different flavour option.
Give your other baking recipes that are old favourites a healthier twist by adding coconut, oats or dried fruits to increase fibre. Also control portion sizes for slices and keep them to a reasonable size.
