Return policy

Goods returned for exchange, refund or credit must:-

• Be faulty
• If not required be in saleable condition
• Be fully paid for
• Be returned within 3 months of the date of purchase
• Be returned to the QAST office at the purchaser’s expense
• Postage and handling fees are not refundable
• If goods are to be exchanged a postage and handling charge will be charged
• Faulty goods will be exchanged at no cost to the purchaser i.e. no postage and handling charge
