QAST qualified consultants are available to visit tuckshops and assess current issues impacting on service delivery. This service is only available to members of the Association and upon acceptance of the fee proposal.

Smart Choices Menu Consultation

The Smart Choices Menu Consultation Program provides an individual menu review for state schools that have requested support via the Department of Education and Training or by application via the QAST website.The aim of this program is to support state school Principals, P&C Associationsand tuckshop convenors across Queensland to implement menu changes required to be compliant with the Queensland Governments Smart Choices Healthy Food and Drink Supply Strategy for Queensland Schools. The Smart Choices Menu Consultations are available to both members and non-members of the Association and there are no fees or charges for participating state schools.

Telephone Appointments

We will call you at the requested time on the number you provide to discuss your query. If you have a menu, any specific information or documentation that you wish to refer to you are welcome to send it to us before hand to admin@qast.org.au This service is only available to members of the Association.

Web Conference Appointments

Complete the above request and we will send you details for logging into the web conference for your appointment. You will need access to a computer with a good internet connection and web access privileges. You will also need a telephone nearby or for the computer to have speakers and a microphone or a webcam. If you have a menu, any specific information or documentation that you wish to refer to please have it readily accessible on your computer. This service is only available to members of the Association.

QAST Office Appointments

Join us at the QAST office in Coorparoo, Brisbane to discuss your matter face to face with one of the QAST team members. For tuckshops outside of Brisbane, you are welcome to contact us about making an appointment for when we are next visiting your region. This service is only available to members of the Association.

eMenu Webinars

Register to participate in our webinar on how to use eMenu. You will need access to a computer with a good internet connection and web access privileges. You will also need a telephone nearby or for the computer to have speakers and a microphone or a webcam. This service is only available to members of the Association.

Training Assessment Tutorials

We offer online tutorial sessions to assist course participants with their assessment activities, assignments and to respond to any questions. Complete the above request and we will send you details for logging into the online tutorial. You will need access to a computer with a good internet connection and web access privileges. You will also need a telephone nearby or for the computer to have speakers and a microphone or a webcam. This service is only available to current registered participants of QAST Training Courses.
